Rebuilding a legacy frontend while the ship kept sailing

Rebuilt an Angular 1 enterprise analytics app in React, TypeScript, and Vite — with a hybrid architecture that let both frameworks run side by side during the migration. Then retooled how the team works: custom agents, hooks, and dual-purpose docs for AI-assisted development.
